The Brief: A Key Role with Big Responsibilities
Our client is proudly part of the UK Government initiative to build Britain’s smart energy network. This initiative connects 30 million homes and small businesses to a single, secure, smart metering network – it’s the largest network in Britain and will result in energy awareness and greener lives.
At this scale, it was imperative that the client secure a Senior Service Manager with the appropriate skills and experience to be a key figure in delivering excellent and efficient customer service.
The Challenge: Ensuring Working Style Complemented Location
Our client sought Ntrinsic’s help due to our exceptional network of talent. Although an exciting opportunity, challenges arose in sourcing suitable candidates. The client was clear that they needed a person to fill the position open to hybrid working, as the role would be split between the office and home. We had to consider an appropriate commute duration for when they would be office-based to ensure work-life balance.
