Key Responsibilities:

• This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead and guide a development team while actively contributing to the codebase.

• Work on Java and Angular applications, delivering new features in partnership with Product Owners and Architects.

• Establish and uphold engineering principles and best practices across the team, including efficient code reviews and feedback.

• Provide technical oversight, support during office hours, and proactively resolve faults.

• Mentor junior team members and support their growth and technical development.

• Take a proactive, solution-oriented approach to complex technical challenges and foster continuous learning within the team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Recent hands-on experience in one or more of: Kotlin/Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, AWS.

• Strong experience leading and mentoring teams, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

• Proven ability to define and implement engineering best practices across multiple teams.

Essential Criteria:

• Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.

• Skilled in using automation to improve development and delivery processes.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.

• Solid grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices — focused on building scalable, maintainable systems.
