We are looking for experienced Infrastructure Implementation SMEs to support critical production changes and infrastructure project go-lives. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role requiring deep technical understanding, strong execution discipline, and the ability to lead change events in complex enterprise environments.

The role involves real-time coordination of technical teams during implementation windows, developing change artefacts, and resolving live issues under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and review Implementation and Change Artefacts (runbooks, rollback plans, validation procedures).

  • Lead and support command and control during infrastructure changes and live implementation events.

  • Manage the delivery of infrastructure project changes into production environments, ensuring alignment with operational standards.

  • Provide real-time incident response and technical issue resolution during change windows.

  • Ensure readiness of all technical components and stakeholders before, during, and after implementations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and minimal disruption.

  • Adhere to enterprise change management processes, including CAB preparation and post-change reviews.

  • Support an on-call rota and provide out-of-hours coverage, particularly for large or high-risk change events.

  • Be present on-site during major implementations to lead and support hands-on execution.

Skills & Experience:

  • Solid experience in managing infrastructure implementations and technical change in live environments.

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT platforms (Windows, Linux, networking, storage, virtualisation).

  • Proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams during critical change events.

  • Familiarity with ITIL-aligned change and incident management practices.

  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly during high-pressure scenarios.
