Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure AD and OS Remediation Lead to drive the design and delivery of Active Directory and Operating System remediation activities across a large-scale enterprise environment. This is a technically focused leadership role requiring deep expertise in AD, OS architecture, and multi-vendor delivery coordination.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, delivery-driven, and confident facilitating workshops, managing third-party contributors, and ensuring timely execution of remediation programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Active Directory restructuring, cleanup, and optimisation projects.

  • Manage OS remediation activities, including version upgrades, patching strategies, and technical rollout plans.

  • Facilitate on-site technical workshops to assess current state, gather requirements, and define solution roadmaps.

  • Oversee the project management of multiple streams, including coordination of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ensure all remediation activities align with security, compliance, and operational standards.

  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, platform owners, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Provide technical leadership, documentation, and governance across the delivery lifecycle.

  • Identify risks, issues, and blockers, and ensure timely mitigation or escalation.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Active Directory migrations, design, and remediation in enterprise settings.

  • Strong background in Operating System remediation, including Windows Server and Linux platforms.

  • Experience managing technical workshops, defining requirements, and aligning delivery with strategic goals.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex delivery workstreams involving multiple 3rd parties and technical teams.

  • Excellent project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and risk management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
