Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Social Media and Content Manager to join our client’s dynamic Global Marketing Team. This individual will be instrumental in developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across LinkedIn and Facebook for their verticals. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in social media and community management and content creation, with a proven track record of enhancing brand visibility, increasing engagement, and influencing revenue across regions.

You will be responsible for the development of content for daily social posts, brand and paid social campaigns, non-profit influencer partnerships, and event activations. You will work directly with the Content Marketing & Editorial Manager to lead their social strategy and with their agencies to build social creatives (such as videos and animations). You will also lead their community management strategy to increase engagement with global audiences. This role requires extreme creativity, a deep knowledge of how individuals use social media, and expertise in ROI reporting.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust social media strategy that aligns with the organisational goals
  • Plan and manage paid social media campaigns in partnership with the Content & Editorial Marketing Manager and Demand Generation Manager, including establishing marketing objectives, audience targeting, flight dates, and success metrics.
  • Lead and execute community management for social channels, including the overall social community strategy to drive conversations with followers and increase engagement with our content.
  • Analyse and report on the performance of social media campaigns, utilizing insights to optimize future strategies and increase campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and best practices, continuously seeking innovative ways to increase our online presence.
  • Foster relationships with influencers and key stakeholders to amplify reach and impact on social media.


Basic Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience at a social media agency or as part of an in-house social media team at a medium- to large-sized company, executing unique, fresh, and thoughtful social media strategies and campaigns.
  • 3 years of social media community management experience ideally within B2B, Big Tech, FinTech
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, including partnering with designers and creative agencies to develop visual assets.
  • Passion for social media and visual storytelling, backed by deep platform expertise on LinkedIn and Facebook (previous experience with Sprinklr Social Tools a big plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Self-starter, not afraid to be scrappy, roll up your sleeves, and take on any task to get the job done.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Non-profit or social impact social media experience or a real interest in that field
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-changing environment.
  • Understanding of how to integrate influencer content to drive traffic and revenue.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, comfortable using data to inform decisions, but also highly creative and resourceful.
