We are looking for an Interim Office Manager for one of our clients who are one of the major leaders in the IT industry globally. They are looking for an Office Manager for a period of 6 months to join their team in the Belgium office on a hybrid model.

- Time period of the role 6 months (possibility to transfer to perm contract)
Qualifications
- Education HBO
- Work Experience min 5 years
- Competencies needed: accurate, internal client focus, calm in stressful times, helicopter view, good in Excel and systems, flexible.
- Language preference – Dutch and English
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
