We are working with a telecommunications business based in Surrey to recruit for a CRM Analyst for a busy and thriving area of their business. They are investing in their product, brand and marketing agenda in Europe to drive the execution of their strategic products. Continued investment in industry leading product means their next product launch is never far away. 

Key Responsibilities: 

As a CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing customer data and interactions to drive actionable insights that enhance customer relationships and maximise business value. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to develop and implement targeted CRM strategies. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include 

1. Reseller Behaviour Analysis 

Analyse reseller behaviour and preferences by examining demographics, purchasing trends, product usage data, spending habits, loyalty metrics, and other relevant factors. 

2. Portal Management Assistance 

Assist the CRM Operations Manager in maintaining the portal by uploading content and providing close support to the European subsidiary to ensure portal activity. 

3. Portal Optimization 

Enhance the company portal by evaluating user interactions and generating regular reports for team review, facilitating collaborative efforts to enhance portal functionality and user experience. 

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: 
  • Good understanding of CRM systems and management skills, preferably Salesforce 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Strong database management skills 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Access and Excel 
  • Ability to problem solve and ownership of a project 
  • Ability to work well in groups 
  • Ability to multitask
