C# Software Development Manager is required by our client in Epsom to join a completely new area of their business. Our client is keen to discover a C# Software Development Manager who will be able to take ownership of third party systems and how they integrate with our client's CRM and ASP.NET applications and build out a team of engineers and drive strategy and best practise across the department.

As C# Software Development Manager not only will you take ownership of a complex estate, but you will also be accountable for future integrations bringing best-practise, scalability and prowess in SOLID principles to ensure clean code continues to be implemented within Azure DevOps YAML pipeline developing a roadmap for developing a high performing team long-term.

Essentially, they are seeking a C# Software Development Manager who has the desire to lead and remain a technical leader across their team. Working in a hybrid working culture as C# Software Development Manager the expectation is that you will be on-site in Epsom across two days a week. As you need to be at least two days a week in the office it is advisable for candidates to be able to drive; there are on-site car parking options.


C# Software Development Manager permanent profile required:

  • Extensive experiences developing software solutions in C# and ASP.NET and Visual Studio
  • An accomplished background writing clean code and displaying a prowess in API integration; utilising REST and SOAP
  • Well-versed API platforms and tools such as Swagger and Postman
  • Accomplished background mentoring and leading C# .NET Software Developers, building and developing Software Development teams previously
  • Good background in stakeholder engagement and an ability to manage third party relationships
  • Have attained a degree in Computer Science or similar qualification
